It seems my dormancy has brought about a flurry of comments. My apologies to everyone who reads these chronicles. I have been living life, not writing about it. Not that it isn't worth writing about. Nay, 'tis worthy of words and prose. Last weekend, for example, was spent at a Michael Mead conference. Spiritual mumbo jumbo really. (Who remembers their pre-cognitive memories anyway?)

This year, chemicals are being added to the flames, so there should be no confusion on whether the smoke is gray or grey, as occurred in 2004 when the great, great grandson of a famous English statesman suffragist unfairly loaded the chimney with bangers, and half extinguished faggots prior to the burn.
