It's 17 degrees outside. My apartment's exterior walls are mostly floor to ceiling windows. With a clear sky, we have full sun all day long. Here's the crazy part: the heat is turned off and it won't even be needed until dusk. By afternoon, I'll need to open windows. Seriously. (Summertime is entirely different. The air conditioning run all day and most of the night!)
