Am I registered? Where do I live? Oregon? California? No, not Oregon. I haven't had a true residence there for a couple of years. Voting there would be a felony. Okay, how about voting in California? Sure, I could do that. I have a voter registration card. Maybe I'll send it in. Will it arrive on time? Maybe. Who knows? Won't Kerry win this state anyway?
